Shipping Policy
This shipping policy is illustrative sample content for website staging. Actual freight terms, carriers, and delivery windows will be stated on your quote and order confirmation.
Domestic delivery
Packaging orders are typically shipped to business addresses within the United States. Residential delivery may be available for smaller cartons depending on carrier rules.
Large orders may ship palletized via LTL freight. Appointment delivery or lift-gate services should be requested during quoting.
Lead time and scheduling
Production completion dates are separate from transit time. Your estimated delivery date usually combines manufacturing schedule plus carrier transit based on destination ZIP code.
Holiday closures at factories or carriers can extend transit. We recommend planning buffer time for launch-critical inventory.
Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss transfer according to the Incoterms or freight terms specified on your order—commonly FOB origin or delivered depending on arrangement.
Inspect shipments on receipt and note visible damage on the carrier proof of delivery when applicable.
Split shipments
Partial shipments may occur when multiple line items follow different production schedules. Any split-shipment plan will be communicated before release.
