Returns & Remakes Policy
This returns policy is sample content for review. Custom manufactured packaging is generally non-returnable; remake criteria will be defined in your production agreement.
Custom manufacturing
Because items are made to your specifications, standard return rights for off-the-shelf goods typically do not apply once production begins.
Cancelation may be possible before tooling or print setup if materials have not been committed.
Quality concerns
If cartons, bags, or labels arrive with structural defects or print errors that materially differ from an approved proof, notify us promptly with photos, quantities affected, and order reference.
We may request samples for inspection and will work toward a reasonable resolution such as reprint or credit when responsibility is confirmed.
Artwork approval
You are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs before production. Issues present on a signed proof—such as typos or color shifts within agreed tolerances—may not qualify for remake at no charge.
Samples
Paid pre-production samples are evaluated for structure and finish. Sample fees and remake terms will be documented on the sample order itself.
